Martial artists are for the use of pressure points in a battle known. If using a shared lock or pressure of a body with a finger, can cause pain Martial Therapy, as desired.

Press a spot on his arm, maybe another scream behind the ear, and his opponent for the pain.

However, I am more interested in the almost secret pressure points. These pressure points are ideal for:

Here are my suggestions for the development of good pressure points for self-defense:

* Try to hurt the things we know from previous experience. For example, the mastoid process, the weakness is behind the ear. Press to feel the groove a little pain. Even on the inside of the elbow is a good weakness.

* Participate in a martial arts class that focuses on self-defense. Good to take lessons on pressure points in their curriculum.

* Find ChinaHealth charts, which show meridians and pressure points. Note – the pressure points around where the muscles, ligaments and tendons often offer some painful pressure points associated with it.

* Watch videos of real fighting – or something that has some aspects of realism, as the UFC. If you see someone causing pain caused by hooking a thumb under the jaw that give you a starting point for experimentation.
